Company administrators and supervisors with the Reports:Modify or Reports:View only privilege can view reports that contain key performance statistics for the system’s calls. This allows them to search and analyse statistics for calls handled by the system at a later date. This is useful for monitoring the quality of services provided to customers.

To view reports:
Procedure #
Step 1:
Click Data > Reports on the menu bar.
A list of existing reports is displayed.
Step 2:
Select the report in the list.
Step 3:
Click Load
Step 4:
Click Generate Report.
The report is generated (as a CSV file) and displayed.
