For agent scripts, data is available for the following:
| Data | Description |
| Agent | The first and last name of the agent who used the script. |
| Call ID | The call identifier. |
| CLI | The CLI of the originating call. |
| Company | The company for which the agent works. |
| Contact | The contact’s name. |
| Creation Date | The date and time that the transcript was created. |
| Queue | The queue in which the call or email was held. |
| Agent Script | The name of the agent script that was used. |
| Service Number | The indialled number for the service. |
| Input fields | The transcript content. |
